ACP 5080 is a custom made cast Aluminum Plate manufactured using the “cast block” technique. The plates is usually grinded from both sides to achieve higher tolerances. It has a unique grain structure, and can be machined pretty easily. Using a unique thermal treatment, the material becomes homogenous and stress-relieved, while maintaining dimensional stability.
