We are able to provide CNC machining solutions for engineered aluminum products by using an extrusion profile, casting, and other processing methods. The company’s machining options include computer numerical control (CNC), some with a 4th axis. We offer cutting-edge machinery with high accuracy, specially suitable for aluminium machining. Our machinery is able to process profiles up to 6000 mm, with an accuracy level of a few hundred mm.

The CNC machining division includes a department specialized in grinding, removal of sharp edges, finishes and refinements, to produce each and every product according to the required quality level. The department uses advanced equipment that allows polishing per grain size, designated tables and a trommel designed for profiles, with a variety of stone sizes selected according to the required finish level.

The department’s professional team has over 30 years of experience in CNC machining for engineered products.

As part of the final product, clients can request coating, plating and other finishes that can be carried out by our BTI-approved third parties. Possible platings include: Alodine, Anodize, Teflon Impregnated Anodize, hard Anodize, Passivation, Electroless Nickel, and Nickel. In addition, it’s also possible to plate with wet paint, electrostatic painting and more. According to client requests and project requirements, we can provide a combination of plating and coating.

Items become ready for coating when their surface is smooth and polished according to requirements, as all finish and plating processes are in accordance to the ROHS standards and other required international standards for quality assurance.

Our processing department provides mechanical assembly as well. our team can assemble a number of processed parts with screws and accurate pins, with accordance to customer requirements. Other mechanical assemblies are also available, such as fasteners insertion, rivet, rivnuts, pressing fasteners, keenserts, helicoils, and more. We are able to build installations to assemble and / or check for pressure/impermeability, liquid penetrant inspection, and designated bending jigs according to client demands.

Thermal/heat treatments are industrial processes that change physical (and sometimes chemical) features of substances. We provide heat treatments with pre-approved third parties. In order to answer client’s product requirements, BTI will select the suitable party to conduct the heat treatment, taking into account the substance, its size, length and the needed treatment. Heat treatments are a critical part of delivering the final product, therefore we place high regards to shipping and handling materials in the best possible way, including accurate tracking of each element. Each and every part will be manually marked with permanent markings, allowing the traceability of each part in each batch before and after the treatment.

We offer purchasing solutions for supplementary products and elements, from Israel and globally. Our professional network allows easy access to engineered metal products according to requirements, schematics or sketches. We can supply clients with unique, original or generic products. The company can support clients during NPI / product development phases and provide supporting logistics to help clients focus on their core business of product development.

We offer metallurgy tests during the process of receiving raw materials. These tests include chemical examination, stretching, hardness, and conductance. When requested by the client, we RE able to perform additional testing and checking through authorized external labs.
